Graduation Information
Ceremony Tickets
Didn’t pick up your grad ceremony tickets please see Ms. Lloyd in the main office before or after school.
Each student on the grad list can get 4 tickets for the graduation ceremony. Graduating students do not need a ticket to attend the ceremony.
Banquet Tickets
Banquet tickets are available to purchase for $120 from April 24 to May 1 using your MyCBE account under the ‘optional fees’ tab. At present, each graduating student can purchase up to 4 tickets. Three important things to know before buying tickets:
- The graduating student needs to purchase a ticket to attend the banquet
- All school fees need to be paid before the optional banquet tickets fee will appear in the MyCBE Account
- Fees will not appear in the parent MyCBE account for students over the age of 18 who have not signed a consent form to allow parental access. If your student is over 18 years of age, please ask them to provide you access or have them register for their own account using their personal email address that is on file with the school (not the educbe email address). If students have not registered a personal email address with the school, they will not be able to set up an account.
Second Round of Graduation Tickets
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through some growing pains regarding graduation ticket distribution and sales. At the moment, we do not anticipate being able to offer a second round of tickets. We will send out a notice through School Messenger if the situation changes.
Graduation Rehearsal and Gown Distribution
Reminder that Grad Ceremony rehearsal and gown distribution will be on May 9 at 2pm. It is imperative that all graduating students attend.
