Annual Authorization Forms – Needed To Tryout
Athletes will not be allowed to try out if they do not return the Annual Authorization for Athletic Tryout form – found here: https://www.cbe.ab.ca/FormsManuals/Annual-Authorization-for-Athletic-Tryout.pdf. Athletes should bring their form with them to the tryout like they would bring a ticket with them to an event. Please do not hand in the forms with other school forms. The form should be delivered directly to the coach of that specific team. If an athlete plans to try out for more than one team, please fill out a separate form for each team. You can find the form on our website, the PE office and the Main office. For more updates, please email Mr. Bowles - thbowles@cbe.ab.ca .
