  • Who:     All JCS students have access to APOP!
  • What:   APOP is a pilot project that aims to support high school students, especially those in grade 12, in Alberta as they prepare for their life after high school.
  • Where: Students create their APOP account at www.myapop.ca
  • Why:     APOP provides students with personalized information about postsecondary options and helps students to make decisions about where to go, what to study, and how to cover the costs. With the use of videos and interactive activities, APOP helps find postsecondary programs that students could get into, make a budget, and estimate how much individuals could receive in grants and loans from Alberta Student Aid.

Join on February 25 at 5:00pm for an online student information session. This is a chance for students and parents to learn all about the HYRS Program, the application process and to ask questions.
